Digital accessibility is often treated as an afterthought or a final compliance checklist. I view it fundamentally differently. Accessibility is the structural foundation of a high-quality user interface. A digital product is only truly successful if it can be navigated, understood, and operated by every user, regardless of their hardware or physical abilities. True accessible UI requires deep front-end knowledge and a commitment to inclusive design from the very first line of code.

My approach to accessible design is heavily shaped by my experience engineering platforms for industry leaders like Funka and Accessibility Cloud in Sweden. In the Nordic and broader European markets, strict adherence to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines is a baseline expectation.

Static design tools cannot generate semantic HTML or manage complex keyboard focus states. This is exactly why my AI-driven, direct-to-code workflow is so critical. By building interfaces directly in the browser, I natively engineer screen reader compatibility, precise ARIA roles, dynamic contrast shifts, and keyboard-only navigation paths. I do not draw an interface and try to make it accessible later. I build an accessible system from the ground up.
